The Infinite Staircase

It is with the most great joy that I tell you all that the ED&D R&D now has the complete Planescape setting to extract ideas from. :D :D :D :D

This is, in my personal opinion, the most inspired of all the D&D campaign settings ever, for it deals not with the material plane, but with the most complicated situations ever: the living worlds after death. It is incredible. Nothing short of that.

It is a world where we see Monte Cook in great inspiration, many years before the Book of Vile Darkness.

If you have never seen it, you really don't know what you're missing. This is truly adult roleplay, not kid stuff. You want to know what D&D is capable of? Read Planescape.
